PROJECTS
An insight into some of my projects.
Strategic
digitization consulting
In this project, I advised the head of the Department of Urban Development, Economy, Digitazation and Regional Affairs of the City of Cologne on the topic of the digitization master plan and prepared the tender for “Smart City”.

The focus was on bringing together the interests and requirements of the stakeholders and managing the service providers within the target parameters. In terms of content, a comprehensive concept was initially drawn up, which was then reviewed and adapted.
Strategic
process consulting
The background to this project was the realignment of the sales organization of a large energy company. My task was to advise on alignment, organization and process organization.

In order to optimize the processes and the organization, it was first necessary to create an overarching understanding of the processes. In addition, I advised the client on process modeling and process management, particularly for the topics of customer journey and customer experience.
This supported the market positioning.
OZG Subsequent use
As part of the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG), I took over the project management for a federal state. This primarily involved planning and managing the project for the subsequent use of the “digital building permit”.

An important part of this was requirements management in order to identify and implement adaptation and change requirements. My role also included typical project management tasks such as resource management, reporting, risk and quality management. At the same time, I was the contact person for the senator.
Virtual
knowledge management
The state authority for immigration in Schleswig-Holstein was looking for a way to efficiently and digitally organize the exchange of information with its downstream authorities at municipal level.

In my role as project manager and consultant, I took on the planning and management of all tasks from the requirements analysis to the implementation of the solution. This also included the conceptual design, the tendering process, supplier selection and management as well as acceptance and implementation.
Interim Head of IT
Due to a change in management and a new appointment to the position of CIO, my client, SENEC, a subsidiary of EnBW, needed support in divisional management.

In the course of my consultancy work, I took on various interim positions, including Head of IT. My tasks included planning and managing important IT topics such as scaling & stabilization, QA and corporate IT. I was also responsible for creating concepts, roadmaps and measures and supported the CIO, CPO and CEO.
Virtualization
of all systems
To modernize its IT, the Segeberg district converted all of its systems to a virtual platform. I took over the management of this project with the planning and control of the single sub-projects.

My tasks included planning and managing the design and implementation phase and the roll-out, requirements management and managing external service providers. The project was particularly important due to the onset of the coronavirus crisis, as it created the basis for working from home.
