Digitization consulting

Process optimization
Business processes define the heart of your company. They form the DNA that describes WHAT you do and HOW you do it. Optimizing them means improving the CORE of your BUSINESS.
Processes are not always documented. So the first step is to record current processes. The challenging part is to work out what an ideal and realistic process should look like and then implement it. Because nobody likes to change the way they do things. I support you in this endeavor with my knowledge and experience in process design, corporate strategy and change management.
Project management
Many endeavors are implemented in projects. But up to 50% of all projects are not successful (PMI Study). There are many reasons for this, the most important being that a good entrepreneur is not automatically a good project manager.
​There are different METHODS in PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Depending on your company and the specific project, agile, classic or hybrid may be the right approach for your project. I have been supporting and advising my clients in project management for 25 years and am certified as both a PRINCE2 Practitioner and Scrum Master.
Start-up consulting
More than 80 percent of all start-ups fail within three years (Gründerpilot). The reasons for this lie not only in economic aspects but also in the INCREASING COMPLEXITY when companies grow. A founder with a good business idea is not automatically a born managing director.

In my management positions in small companies, I got to know the challenges at first hand and developed and introduced success criteria and solutions. I am very aware of the economic situation of small companies. Therefore, in addition to consulting and support in this area, I also offer compact brief analyses and impulse consulting.​​
Interim Management
Companies do not always find the right person for a vacant position. Especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, this challenge arises more frequently.

Over the last 15 years, I have held various management positions as a director, COO, divisional manager, interim manager and CHRO and have worked in company management. I have built up business units and a company. I have been responsible for the operational business, strategic development and personnel.
